With my camera charged and working, I took a lot of pictures this afternoon but this is my very favourite, because it shows the fledgling relationship between Doc and the Bubbles. I think compatibility is about to happen – yeeha!

So precious!
So true – a few months ago, Doc wanted to kill them; now he is intimidated – ha!
I guess your dog leant who is the boss!
Definitely!
Great! See Julie? Your wit makes you stronger even when sometimes thing get a bit out of hand. Never give up woman!
Funny snapshot, when you see a good scene like that one, step back a few steps and shoot, then you can always crop the picture.
Good advice in more ways than one!
When I was a child, my Mom bought a little chick around Easter. We had a lovely beagle named Lady. Lady loved that chick and the chick loved Lady. The chick would sit on Lady’s head and Lady would walk around with the chick on her head. I don’t remember what happened to the chick; I’ll have to ask Mom about that! 🙂
Thanks for sharing your photo and comments. You stirred up a memory!
That’s really unusual that a dog would love a chick. Until ours were grown up, our dogs wanted to eat them!
Brave dog to go near them.
Yes, but when they were little, he tried to kill them!
Hi,
What a great photo, well done. 😀
Doc looks rather nervous doesn’t he!
Doc looks like a sweet, gentle soul
Oh sure – he can kill a rabbit twice his size! That’s why I’m so scared to let the dogs and birds co-habit. Strict supervision is the order of the day.
The dog looks terrified 🙂
He does that just before he kills something – sorry, black humour, my bad?
Very funny, You’ve just got to photograph those amazing, odd bird/animal behaviours.
Yes!
