Thank you for your lovely comment. It took at a guess 40hrs? I started it 4 weeks ago between children and life… Six hours of cooking the cakes and then a full day Thursday layering the cake, sculpturing it then icing and assembling all the embelishments.
I thought it was a cake. A woman who works in my office runs a cake making business and she is always bringing in cakes for someone’s birthday, wedding etc. Takes a lot of talent and skill to make a cake as good as this.
