Underneath the following picture is a list of the amazing bloggers who have nominated me for awards. I am so grateful for this kind of acknowledgement (of my blog), however, as an award-shy person, my way of accepting these nominations, with grace, has been to create the ‘Hot Potato Award’ which I give freely to (no strings attached, no rules – you just take it and copy/paste to your blog page, or you don’t).
So please check out these hot potatoes – they are very worthwhile, incredible blogs!

Congratulations dear Julie, you are so nice and so thoughtful. I loved this idea you know. And soon I will use your hot potato award too. Thank you, love you, nia
Nia – I was just thinking of you! Juliexxx
You are obviously a popular person and deservedly so.
Coy smile!
Thank you for my Hot Potato award! It looks good enough to eat on my blog. I nominated an award for you a few days ago? the Illumination Award? At the time I didn’t know this was your “thank you note award” I gave you yours because I read your posts 2 or 3 times everyday & most days, you make me think.
Yes, the HPA is yours because you nominated me for the Illumination Award for which I am really grateful.
I’m a bit reluctant re awards so that’s why I developed the HPA – hehe! Thanks so much for this beautiful comment!
I can’t find the subscribe button to your blog!
Julie,
Congrats on your Hot Potato Award! Thank you so much for passing this award on to us! We are so grateful!
Bella and DiDi
I didn’t get the HPA – I invented it – hehe!
For what its worth from my fingers to your eyes I think these are fabulous choices for your next 4.
I love that also through your HPA’s new and interesting bloggers are shared and pointed out. Thanks.
I gave them the HPA as punishment for them nominating me for other awards (evil laugh!)
I’m laughing about hot potatos. There currently is a bruhaha in one of the school districts here because a student was conducting polls on the lunch food. One picture I saw got a 2 out of 10. There was a popsicle, three pickle slices, meat on a bun, and a knife and fork. Whatever happened to vegetables! I also wondered about the great food we had in school; it was a highlight of our day — pizza, chili, hot potatos……….. except that we tended to get into potato fights and throw our potatos at each other rather than eating them. Hmmm. I think I just discovered why today’s school lunches have no hot potatos. lol
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
