That’s adorable – so sweet!!
Reminded me of a movie I love. If you haven’t seen the movie “Hachi” already, it is about a dog’s amazing loyalty to his master. Very poignant and a tear jerker for me. I could watch it over and over. It is based on a true story that took place in Japan. The plot is described here:

I loved this story!
Julie, I remember this from the news when we lived in California! They did put the goose in a preserve and actually let him come to visit with her so she wouldn’t grieve. Sometimes the powers that be have a very big heart. This was at least five years ago. I wonder how they are doing now?
