I love this word so much.
It signifies strength, fortitude, courage and it means you can step off the metaphorical mountain and freefall into the water and easily – very easily – swim to the shore.
Inviolable.
If I had had a daughter I would have called her Viola!

Et voila! (as they say in French France)
Lovely comment – thank you!
Love that name. Maybe you should name the next animal Viola that comes to your farm!
No – next one is gonna be called ‘Artful’
Hope it stays alive! 🙂
Good point! Are you okay?
Doing very well today. How is the farm after the storm?
A lot of damage (trees down etc.) but house is okay – thanks AA!
Well it sounds like you managed to ride out the storm OK. Thank goodness. Now for the clean up. lovely family shots you must be so proud of your son, I love this word too. Said out loud it has such a strength about the sound.. take care.. c
Thanks! Are you coming over to help me clean up? Ha – I wish!
i loved all of your photos, but when i came to the photo of your hubby leaning in his chair, i thought to myself, is this your hubby or my brother….they sit exactly the same way
Sometimes Anthony nearly falls off!
so does Al
good new mantra for me …thanks Julie! Inviolable… I’ll chant it all day today!!!
It’s such a great word!
I would have never connected Viola to inviolable. Viola makes me think of music, not strength, but maybe she’d have had both.
Maybe!
Nice pics.
I love new words
Awesome blossom snaps, esp the last one: group hug! 😀
Group hug – love it! Thanks Ritika – Juliexx
I also like that word, as you describe it!
Yes it’s a good word all right!
Interestingly enough the word also seems to describe you. Great photos!
A kind thing to say!
What a great word! We the storm is gone and you are well.
*kisses*
Bella and DiDi
Big cleanup now!
Love the photos! Thanks for sharing part of your world!
Thanks for being interested!
Great photos! Great word!
Thanks!
As a former violinist, I know the viola provides that steady, resonant, nearly-background tone that somehow bridges and blends all other sounds in a symphony. I think Viola would be a wonderful name, and somehow apropro.
Oh thank you – so you are a violinist – wow! I love the violin.
What a wonderful definition of what the viola does – amazingly poetic and relevant – many thanks again!
Wonderful pics! So much beauty and joy.
