It’s frustrating isn’t it Julie, especially if you know you haven’t made any actual changes to your computer. I have several email notifications today so am feeling reassured that my email notifications are working ok (as opposed to the last couple of days)..
Doublecheck your wordpress profitle & settings (just in case).
Has Ming got any ideas as to what might be wrong? Young people are so into computer technology.

Have you gone over to the wordpress forums and checked out the advice offered there? It’s a searchable database, so you can see what other folks have tried, and there’s quite good advice offered for various problems.
I’m not having any problems now, although there was a brief period where I went through it, too.
See my latest post (just did it now) – am in pre-sob mode at what I am going to probably lose in terms of communication, but Ants is deteriorating so rapidly now that blogging almost seems a silly thing to do – do you know what I mean?
I had some problems once and contacted the support people–they were just great and the problem got solved. Good luck, as this kind of thing can be soooooooooooooo frustrating.

did you email them – seriously, they are very helpful–though it takes some time- have to read your latest post–you may have already tried this

Seems like the busier a person’s blog is the less apptitude WP has for supporting them. I just don’t get it. I’m confident its WP and not you Jules. As if there is not enough going on in your life?
Why is it that she cannot just come, write, read her comments, get the alerts she needs? Huh? Why not WordPress?

Yes, all sorts of other weird things are happening with WP for me – just little mysterious things – argh!
No worries, I have to read the posts in my emails and then just click like on the page, because if I try to read the pages on wordpress, my computer locks up, and don’t even get me started on trying to write a post, its taking 5 times as long as it should, I’m trying not to be negative or get frustrated, but…(where’s the little demon emoticon when you need her).
Wow – you are having worse problems than I am with WP – let’s hope it soon sorts itself out!
