Yesterday I went to the dentist to have what I thought would be a routine filling, but the tooth was too far gone so it had to be yanked out.
Now that I’ve grossed you out, here is a picture of this morning. Prince’s tail feathers are almost as long as King’s.
I don’t think I’m much good at this daily diary thing – I can’t seem to get the coherence right!
erm, thanks for sharing? lol feel better jules. :O
Would you like another photo of the tooth from a different angle?
well, um, don’t be offended, but NOOOOO. 😉
That would hurt! The roots are longer than your tooth, gracious!
They are beautiful! And as long as you write… it doesn’t matter… I’m glad you are here!
The tooth was rotten.
:)))
Ha!
I really DISLIKE ging to the dentist and my teeth ache for yours. 🙂 The male peacocks are so grand, it almost doesn’t seem fair that the hens only get the bland dark colors. You are doing fine with the diary keeping, at least I think so. 🙂
Yes the females just can’t compete with the males in this species!
🙂
who needs a coherent diary–what fun is that–I may have to have a tooth out soon so I can relate
Good luck!
Ouch is right!
Still painful argh.
It’s no good, you can’t wipe away that photo with the beauty that followed! How horrid for you, hope it doesn’t hurt too much.
Throbbing still – I am such a wimp!
Ooh, that tooth looks painful. Better out than in, as they say. The peacocks look magnificent.
Infection too – what fun.
What would define being good at the diary thing? God forbid some MBA come up with rules for that too!
You are right.
Okay the lovely creatures make up for the….tooth!
Yes!
Well, that was an interesting juxtaposition of photos!
Aha – juxtaposition, yes! If I continue like that, I don’t have to be coherent – you are brilliant!
Thanks for the peacock pics. They make up for the tooth!😊
You are welcome.
Arghh! Nothing worse than visiting a dentist. Peacocks are so beautiful!!
The trouble is I have to go back to the dentist to get a new tooth!
Well, the good news is that tooth won’t be bothering you again. 🙂
Unfortunately I have another one that needs to be extracted at my next visit – fear and trembling!
Ouch!
Don’t worry about coherence. Just keep on being yourself and we will make it all into a coherent picture of your life.
Okay.
An honest daily diary would probably most often be without coherence! Mine sure would. 🙂 Sorry about the tooth and thank you for sharing the beautiful peacock pictures. I’m in awe of that gorgeous tail!
When Prince does his mating display (it’ll soon be Spring here), I will have the camera ready.
I hate going to the Dentist. Partly because it’s a long walk (public transport does go part of the way) and secondly because I hate injections in my gums (don’t mind elsewhere) and thirdly, because in the last 18mths it cost a fortune.
Dentists are not fun!
It’s always hard to get back into the swing of blogging when you’ve been out of it a while. I find it hard to think of something to write, but once I’ve written a few posts, it becomes a bit easier.
I have to go back for more dental – yikes!
Glad that beast is outta your mouth. Gorgeous birds.
Thanks!
Prefer feathers.
Me too.
Oh dear….
Yes!
i like your wide range
You’re doing fine, Julie. Your daily posts keep us informed and let us know you are still alive and kickin’! Loved your peacocks. Sorry about your ouchy! (Speaking of coherence, I hope my comment meant what I wanted it to say)
